Watch: Sania Mirza attends FIFA World Cup sans Shoaib Malik; adds fuel to divorce rumours

Tennis superstar Sania Mirza is hitting the headlines with rumours of her divorce from husband and former Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik. She might be away from tennis court for quite a long time, but it did not prevent her from attending the ongoing FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar.

Sania attended the second semifinal match between France and Morocco at the Al Bayt Stadium. However, she was found without her husband Shoaib and it caught the attention of people.

Sania attending the world cup along has only added fuel to the divorce rumours which are already making rounds since she posted a cryptic message on her Instagram handle.
 

Sania was seen along with Bollywood stars like Ananya Panday, Sanjay Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapoor and Chunky Pandey. After the high-octane clash, they all had dinner. The celebs bonded over food at Al Maha Island.

As per reports, Shoaib is currently playing in Lanka Premier League 2022 for defending champions Jaffna Kings. The batting all-rounder became the only second batter to score 12,000 T20 runs. He achieved the feat while playing for the Jaffna Kings in the LPL 2022. His 35-run innings against the Colombo Stars helped him surpass the milestone.

Shoaib achieved the milestone in his 485th T20 game. Only Chris Gayle from West Indies has scored over 12,000 runs in the shortest format of the game.
