The second test match between Bangladesh and New Zealand witnessed a comic moment triggering laughter on as well as off field. New Zealand chased the target of 137 runs comfortably and won the match by four wickets.

The hilarious moment took place when the Kiwis were chasing the target. The team were 69/5 when Mitchel went for a reverse sweep to a delivery from Mehidy Hasan Miraz.

As the ball went in the air, the fielder at the slip caught it. The team went into a celebration mood, following a loud appeal by Nurul Hasan.

Wicketkeeper Nuruk was seen shouting and desperately appealing for the umpire’s decision.

As Nurul’s loud appeal continued, other players of the team were seen celebrating behind the wicket keeper.

The appeal slowly went down as the umpire was not convinced it was a wicket.

The Bangladeshi players took the DRS and the decision was reversed by the umpire as the ball hit Mitchel’s gloves.

Even though the wicket was claimed by the team, Nurul’s reaction made it more hilarious and became a highlight of the match.
