Virat Kohli’s fans in Pakistan celebrate Akaay’s birth by distributing sweets - watch

Team India’s star batsman Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma have been recently blessed with a baby boy. They announced the birth of Akaay in a recent post on social media.

While fans across India celebrated the birth of Virat and Anushka’s son, celebrations echoed even in Pakistan where Kohli’s fans celebrated the news by distributing sweets.

As per fans in Pakistan, they want Virat’s son Akaay to follow his father’s footsteps one day, just like Arjun Tendulkar is following his father Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar.

Kohli opted out of the first two Tests of the ongoing five-match series against England, citing personal reasons. He later withdrew from the last three Tests also. India are currently leading the five match rubber 2-1.

Notably, Kohli and Anushka are already parents of a three-year-old daughter Vamika.

“With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on 15th February, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay & Vamika’s little brother into this world!” Kohli informed in an Instagram post.
