This RCB star accused of exploitation, assault on pretext of marriage

Royal Challengers Bengaluru and India pacer Yash Dayal is facing serious allegations after a woman accused him of exploitation under the pretext of marriage. 

The 27-year-old cricketer has been named in a complaint filed by a woman from Ghaziabad on the Chief Minister's online grievance portal, IGRS.

According to sources, the Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister’s office has requested a report from the Circle Officer of Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, and has directed the police to investigate and resolve the matter by July 21. The woman had also contacted the women’s helpline with a complaint on June 14, 2025.

In her FIR, the woman claimed that she had been in a five-year relationship with Dayal, during which he allegedly subjected her to mental and physical exploitation. She also stated that he borrowed money from her throughout their relationship and accused him of similarly deceiving other women in the past.
