An IPL fan had to watch the popular Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) vs Chennai Super Kings (CSK) match standing all throughout the game. Despite paying whopping Rs 4500 for one seat, the fan Junaid Ahmed was forced to watch the entire game standing at Hyderabad’s Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), Junaid shared his ordeal and demanded a refund. According to the post, Junaid was assigned seat no. J66. However, to his shock, there was no J66 seat in the entire stadium.

The numbering of the seats was done wrongly with seat J66 missing. The seat started from J61 and directly jumped to J67 from J65 with J66 nowhere to be seen.

Sharing a video, Junaid, a big MS Dhoni and CSK fan wrote, “Disappointed that I’ve booked a ticket and seat Number was J66 in Stand. Sorry state that seat doesn’t exist and had to stand and enjoy the game. Do I get a refund and compensation for this.”

The viral video shows Junaid searching for his seat but in vain. His post immediately went viral, sparking debates on social media.

“Wowwww crazy, surely they can do better. They have been one of the worst lot managed associations and it affects our fan experience,” commented a fan.

Another fan wrote, “Same happened with me during ind vs eng wc warmup match 😅”

A third fan humorously wrote, “6+6 comes before 6+7, 7 thala missing today to bat. Csk for a reason!”
