Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) pacer Yash Dayal has faced a new allegation of rape.

As per reports, an FIR has been registered against Dayal at Jaipur's Sanganer Police Station for allegedly raping a girl over a period of two years while emotionally blackmailing her.

As per the allegation, Dayal lured the victim with promises of a cricketing career, and invited her to a hotel in Sitapura, where the first sexual assault took place. The girl was only 17 when the first instance took place, prompting the police to register the case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

Notably, the Allahabad High Court recently stayed Dayal's arrest in connection with an FIR against him for allegedly sexually exploiting another woman. The court barred any coercive action against the RCB player until the next hearing.

The order was passed by a division bench comprising Justices Siddhartha Varma and Anil Kumar, in response to Dayal’s plea challenging the FIR.

Earlier, the 27-year-old cricketer was also accused of exploiting a woman by falsely promising marriage. According to the complainant, their relationship began about five years ago, during which Dayal repeatedly delayed committing to marriage. She later found out that he was involved with other women.
