Ahead of the all-important final at the World Cup 2023, a record beckons as over 1,30,000 people are going to witness the mega final between two top cricketing nations, India and Australia at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

ICC World Cup final in 2015 between Australia and New Zealand saw the highest number of attendance with 93,013 people at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. 

Team India is in outstanding form coming into the finals as they have won 10 games in a row which is a record itself.  The players are in tremendous form with the bat as all batsmen have contributed significantly going into the finals of Cricket World Cup 2023. Rohit Sharma has led his team with precision and has marshalled his players, giving them the liberty to perform freely in the tournament.

Virat Kohli leads the batting chart by hammering 711 runs at an outstanding average of 101 with 3 hundreds to his name. Mohammad Shami also picked up 23 wickets and is the leading wicket taker.

Rohit Sharma had earlier pointed out that Indian players need to be aware of batting in crisis situations in order to help Team India to win crucial moments and phases in the match. 

Australia have also made it to the finals after losing first two matches against India and South Africa. Many Australian players rose to the occasion helping their team to emerge victorious against other teams.

BCCI have organised various events which will be performed during the breaks of the Cricket World Cup final.
