MS Dhoni played a huge role in Deepak Chahar’s love life, know how

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) speedster Deepak Chahar has recently revealed that Captain Cool MS Dhoni played a huge role in his love life.

As per Chahar, he had planned to propose his wife Jaya after IPL 2021 final. However, Dhoni intervened and gave him a beneficial advice.

“I wanted to propose her after the IPL 2021 final. But, Dhoni told me to do it before the Qualifiers so that I can maintain my focus on the matches,” said Chahar during a recent television show.

Following Dhoni’s advice, Chahar proposed his partner after CSK’s match against Punjab Kings (PBKS) at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on October 7, 2021. The swing bowler put a ring on his partner’s finger and even hugged her in front of everybody.

Eventually, it turned out to be a successful year for CSK as they defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) to lift their fourth IPL title.

CSK are looking for their fifth IPL title when they take on Gujarat Titans (GT) in the summit clash at the Narendra Modi Stadium on Sunday. If they manage to do so, they will be able to win the fifth IPL title alongside Mumbai Indians (MI).
