Mithali Raj hangs up her gloves, bids adieu to all forms of international cricket

Eminent cricketer and the Test and ODI captain of the Indian women's national cricket team, Mithali Raj on Wednesday announced retirement from all forms of international cricket. 

Taking to Twitter, Mithali shared a long note and thanked all for extending love and support to her over the years. 

"It was an honour to have led the team for so many years. It definitely shaped me as a person & hopefully helped shape Indian Women's Cricket as well," her statement reads.

"I look forward to my 2nd innings with your blessing and support," she added.
