Meet cricketer Utkarsha Pawar, wife-to-be of CSK star Ruturaj Gaikwad

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) star Ruturaj Gaikwad is the next big thing in the cricket world. He has enriched his growing legacy by playing a vital role in CSK winning their 5th IPL trophy.

With a total score of 590 runs in the IPL 2023 season, Ruturaj is the second highest run scorer just behind Devon Conway. Gaikwad has been a crucial part of the franchise for the last couple of seasons and has also won orange caps for his tremendous scores.

After enthralling cricket lovers on the field, the star cricketer is all set to tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Utkarsha Pawar. The lovely couple is all set to get married tomorrow i.e. June 3. It seems like CSK’s title win is the perfect pre-wedding gift for the opening batsman.

Well, for the uninitiated, Ruturaj has been dating Utkarsha for a long time now. She is also a cricket player and has played for Maharashtra. The 24-year-old Pune-based cricketer is an all-rounder. She is a right-handed batter and also a pace bowler.

She is currently studying at the Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Sciences (INFS) in Pune. Earlier, a picture of the lovely couple posing with MS Dhoni had gone viral. The couple has been in a relationship for the past two years. The couple has often been spotted working out in the gym and dining together.

Earlier, there were reports of Ruturaj dating Marathi actress Sayali Sanjeev after he left a heart emoji in one of her Instagram pictures. However, the rumours will finally be laid to rest.

Meanwhile, Ruturaj has pulled out of the World Test Championship citing his marriage. He has been replaced by Rajasthan Royals star Yashasvi Jaiswal, the newfound talent of Indian cricket.
