Babar Azam-led Pakistan team is most likely to be kicked out of the World Cup unless they pull off a miracle. They have to achieve the impossible-looking margin of victory against England at the Eden Gardens today.

For the miracle to happen, they need to win the toss and bat first and win by a margin of 287 runs or 288 runs. For that, they need to score in excess of 400 in order to have a realistic chance. Even if they score 400, they have to bowl out England for 112.

On the other hand, if they bowl first, their chances are next to impossible. Even if they bowl out England for 100, they need to chase down the total in 2.5 overs.

Meanwhile, social media has been filled with hilarious memes and funny jokes about Pakistan departing to Karachi. Interestingly, Indian-origin South Africa star batsman Keshav Maharaj (OTV cannot verify the authenticity of the user) took a sly dig at Pakistan through a hilarious tweet that has now gone viral.

In a tweet, Keshav shared a picture of Babar along with an air ticket from Kolkata to Karachi and wrote, “Bye Bye, Pakistan 👋 #CWC23 Jai shree Ram 🕉🚩.”

The likely exit of the arch-rivals from the World Cup has fans celebrating with Indian-origin Keshav Maharaj being no different. Being an Indian by blood, Keshav clearly knows the mood of the nation and seems to be a part of the celebration.

His tweet has garnered hilarious reactions from Indian fans who also joined Keshav to troll the Babar Azam team.

“No direct flight to Pakistan from India. They need to go via Dubai,” commented a user. Another user wrote, “Hahaha… Abhi Sehwag ka zakhm bhara nahin tha ki aap bhi aa gaye.”

Earlier, veteran batsman Virender Sehwag had brutally trolled the Pakistan team and wrote, “Pakistan Zindabhaag! Have a safe flight back home.”

“Pakistan ki khaas baat hai ki jis team ko Pakistan support karti hai, who team bhi Pakistan ki tarah khelne lagti hai. Sorry Sri Lanka,” he further added.

On the other hand, Pakistan is confident of beating England as Babar said, “It’s in our mind and we will try to do it. We will try to execute our plans and how we will achieve the target.”
