Former RCB skipper Virat Kohli has sparked a controversy by celebrating  Chennai captain MS Dhoni’s dismissal aggressively at MCA Stadium on Wednesday.

The incident  is nothing new for Kohli who is often seen animated while celebrating a wicket. But fans got it unusual as Kohli celebrated wildly as soon as his ideal Dhoni got out. The former Indian captain was also seen abusing while celebrating.

The unusual incident took place in the penultimate over of the match when Chennai were chasing a target of 174 runs. Josh Hazlewood bowled a short ball to Dhoni, who went for the pull and hit it too flat to find Rajat Patidar at deep midwicket.
However, Dhoni’s fans didn’t accept Kohli’s behaviour as in the past Kohli has always behaved with Dhoni  with high esteem.

“Unacceptable. He is literally abusing Indian army personnel Ms Dhoni. Always knew this Kohli is an anti-national,” tweeted a fan of Dhoni.

“Modern cricket mai kahi nai likha k aap kisi ko gali deke hi celebration kar sakte ho,” wrote another fan.
