IPL 2022: RCB players celebrate after MI beat DC, video goes viral #watch

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) confirmed the fourth playoff berth in IPL 2022 after Mumbai Indians’ (MI) convincing victory over Delhi Capitals (DC) at Wankhede Stadium on Saturday. 

RCB will lock horns with Lucknow Super Giants in the eliminator in Kolkata on Wednesday.

Much to the delight of RCB fans, as soon as MI defeated DC, the team players including Virat Kohli, Faf du Plessis, other players and staff members went berserk in their team hotel. 

They were seen celebrating wildly in a video and pictures shared by the IPL 2022 franchise on social media.

 Kohli was heard in the video expressing his gratitude for the Rohit Sharma-led side.

 “Thank you Mumbai,” said Kohli after the match.

The flamboyant batsman also shared a fun picture with Glenn Maxwell and Du Plessis following MI's victory.

 The franchise also thanked their former player Tim David (34, 11b, x4, 4x6), who is now part of Mumbai Indians, for hitting a cameo to ensure MI’s victory.
