With Mumbai Indians getting knocked out of the ongoing IPL season, speculations are rife among the fans that legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun will finally make his debut for Mumbai Indians (MI) in the cash-rich league.

As per many cricket experts and few insiders of MI, the time has come for the franchise to test its bench strength and Arjun’s time to showcase his talent in a big platform has finally arrived.

The left-arm pace all-rounder has been with the Mumbai Indians squad for the past two seasons but is yet to make his debut.

The left-arm pacer has given some hint about his possible debut by taking to Instagram ahead of Mumbai’s last game of the season against Delhi Capitals today. He has posted a series of stories on the social media platform. In the Insta story, fans can see him bowling some lethal yorkers during MI’s practice games.

Notably, it has been a season to forget for the five-time champions. They have chopped and changed their playing eleven too many times during this poor campaign. The franchise has given chances to as many as 21 players in a squad of 24. Only Arjun Tendulkar, Aryan Juyal and Rahul Buddhi are yet to play a game in the league.

Following a defeat in their last game, skipper Rohit Sharma also hinted that they would look to try as many players as possible in their last game of the season. Going by Rohit’s words, Arjun is all set to be in contention for a debut in IPL.
