A diesel engine that never stops; AB de Villiers hails this CSK player 

Who does not admire Mahendra Singh Dhoni, a born legend who has achieved several records during his illustrious career spanning over 15 years. MS Dhoni has left his aura among people as they still chant his name and draw inspiration from his persona. 

Former cricketer AB de Villiers hailed Dhoni for his longevity in the game of cricket even now. 

“They played some incredible cricket last year. There were a lot of rumors about MS Dhoni finishing up last year. That was not the case, ladies and gentlemen. He would be back again. Will this be his final season? No one knows. He just seems to be this diesel engine that never stops. He keeps running. What an incredible player, what an incredible captain," de Villiers said on his YouTube channel.

de Villiers also gave a warning sign to other IPL teams as Chennai Super Kings will kick start their IPL Campaign at their fortress in M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chepauk.

"They won last year. Yes, they want to defend their title but there's almost no pressure on MSD and his troops and I think that makes them dangerous. Can they go back-to-back? They certainly have the ability," he concluded.

MS Dhoni has led Chennai Super Kings to 5 IPL trophies while captaining the side. 

CSK will play RCB in the first match in the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League on March 22.
