Former skipper of the Indian team, Virat Kohli, has a huge fan following across the globe. Kohli will feature in his 100th Test at Mohali against Sri Lanka this week. Fans are expecting a huge crowd to cheer up their favourite batsman on the ground. However, this is not going to be that way as the game will be played behind closed doors due to the ongoing pandemic.

Fans must be feeling let down with the development. An eight-year-old fan of Kohli, who couldn’t keep control over his emotions, has penned a letter to BCCI requesting the Board to reconsider its decision to allow entry of fans. The handwritten letter, which surfaced on various social media platforms, has gone viral.

Kohli will become only the 12th Indian cricketer to achieve the feat after Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman, Anil Kumble, Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, Dilip Vengsarkar, Sourav Ganguly, Ishant Sharma, Harbhajan Singh, and Virender Sehwag.

The former skipper has already started preparations for the much-awaited Test match after a well-deserved break. Kohli hasn’t scored an international century in the last two years and he must be eager to break the jinx.
