Sonu Sood and Malaika Arora recently recreated the magic of Munni Badnam Hui on the sets of India's Best Dancer. The Dabangg's Chedi Singh was invited as a guest on the dance reality show as a part of the 15th August celebration. On the other hand, Malaika Arora is one of the judges of this dance show on Sony Television. Geeta Kapoor and Terence Lewis are the two other judges of the show.

The pictures of Sonu and Malaika dancing to the tunes of the famous foot-tapping item number made fans remember the original song. The Farah Khan choreographed song became one of the major hits of 2010. The song musically composed by Lalit Pandit inspired many other item songs including Chikani Chameli, Mere photo ko sine se yaar, and more. Interestingly, Sonu as Chedi Singh received a lot of appreciation after the release of Dabangg. He was also behind the few famous dialogues from Dabangg quoted by Salman's character Chulbul Panday.
