Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Vice President Baijayant Panda on Sunday let himself loose on the ruling BJD dispensation, saying its notice period has started and will last till the ensuing general election.

Panda launched this scathing attack against the conch party at the felicitation ceremony held at the State party office in Bhubaneswar where the newly appointed Odisha chief Manmohan Samal was welcomed and felicitated in a grand way.

“Manmohan Bhai has once again been entrusted with the responsibility of the State. All are aware of Manmohan Bhai’s experience. This experience is not only to run the party but also to bring it to power,” Panda said.

“You should know why the party workers are so energetic today. They are so because the Bharatiya Janata Party has served a notice to the ruling party. Their (BJD) notice period has started from today and will last till the coming general election,” he said.

“The people of Odisha are looking for a way to do away with you (BJD). The Bharatiya Janata Party under the leadership of Manmohan Bhai has started paving this way. It is once again confirmed that the Bharatiya Janata Party, after toppling the ruling party, will form the government in Odisha under the leadership of Manmohan Bhai,” he added.
