With the political situation all set to change dramatically amidst the BJD-BJP alliance speculations, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is gearing up to field its candidates in all the assembly and Lok Sabha seats in Odisha in the upcoming 2024 general elections.

AAP's national convenor Arvind Kejriwal had appointed Delhi minister Saurabh Bhardwaj as the party's in-charge for Odisha.

While talking to reporters, Bhardwaj said that the situation is changing very fast in Odisha. AAP will be contesting elections at the Legislative Assembly as well as Lok Sabha from Odisha. Very soon we will start declaring our candidates, he said.

"The political situation in Odisha is changing very fast. The ruling party Biju Janata Dal (BJD) is getting into alliance with the primary opposition party which is the BJP. This is a very strange and unnatural alliance and no one is able to digest why the BJD is allying with BJP," Bharadwaj told ANI.
