Man lands in trouble after traffic picture with another woman reaches wife

In a bizarre incident, a man allegedly cheating on his wife landed in big trouble after a picture of him traveling with another woman reached his wife’s phone along with a traffic challan.

The wife was so furious that she lodged a complaint against her and sent him to jail. The incident has been reported from Idukki in Kerala.
In the picture, the man can be seen riding a scooter without wearing a helmet as his female friend rides a pillion. The incident sparked turmoil in the family, ultimately leading to his arrest after the wife filed a police complaint.

According to sources, the man was caught traveling with his female friend without wearing a helmet. Since, his wife was the vehicle owner, a challan notification was sent to her phone.

Shocked after seeing the pictures of another woman with her husband, the wife confronted him who claimed to have no connection with the woman and had offered her a ride on the scooter. However, his wife remained unconvinced which led to an altercation between the couple.

Later, the wife lodged a complaint against her husband for maltreating her and their three-year-old child. Based on the wife’s complaint, the man was taken into custody under IPC 321 (voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (wrongful restraint) and 294 (obscene acts) and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act (assault or neglect of child).

The man was later produced before a court and remanded to judicial custody after the rejection of his bail plea.
