Kashmir is rightfully called the Heaven on Earth. You don’t believe it? These breathtaking pictures of a snow-covered railway station amid scenic mountains will make you believe it.

The mesmerizing pictures were shared by Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister of Railways, Communications and Electronics & Information Technology.

Sharing the pictures on his Twitter handle, Vaishnaw turned his caption into a quiz and wrote, “Guess the station! Hint: Heaven on Earth.”

With over 6.1M views and 102.4K likes so far, the beautiful post is being loved by social media and users without a second thought identified it as Kashmir: The Heaven on Earth. Social media users were in awe of the beautiful photos and were able to guess that the place the Union Railway Ministers of India was talking about was the glorious mountains of Kashmir.

“There is only one heaven on earth and that is our Kashmir,” commented a user while another user wrote, “Can’t wait to travel on India’s own version of the famed Glacier Express.”

A third user wrote, “Heaven on Earth. Dump Switzerland. Hoping to see trains to Kashmir with Vistadome cars in 2023. Huge potential for tourism for Indians, and for Kashmiris' upliftment. Jai Hind.”

“This is the new India. Hats off to the Railways. Things are getting better for sure,” another user commented.

Another user wrote the quotes of famous Farsi couplet by Amir Khusrau that was used to describe Kashmir. He wrote, “Agar firdaus bar roo-e zameen ast, Hameen ast-o hameen ast-o hameen ast (If there is a paradise on Earth, it is this, it is this, it is this).”
