Two motorists killed in tanker-bike accident in Odisha

A collision between a tanker and a motorcycle near Alabanka square in Kendrapara resulted in the deaths of two motorists on Thursday. 

The incident occurred on the Chandikhol-Paradeep road when the tanker reportedly hit the bike from the rear. Both riders succumbed to their injuries on the spot.

The identity of one of the deceased riders is yet to be ascertained. 

Following the accident, the driver of the tanker fled the scene. Meanwhile, tensions escalated at the accident site.

Till the last report came in, police had not reached the spot.
