Subhadra Yojana money will be disbursed 3 times in 2025: Odisha Deputy CM Pravati Parida
In 2025, women across Odisha are set to benefit from the 'Subhadra Yojana' funds on three different occasions throughout the year, informed Deputy CM Pravati Parida. The initiative, marking a progressive step towards women’s welfare, will see disbursements three times in 2025.
The first of these occasions will mark the fourth phase of Subhadra’s distribution in January. With the field survey is likely to conclude today, the government is ensuring that no beneficiary is excluded from the final list. This survey is intended to gather field data to guide the effective implementation and ensure those eligible receive their benefits promptly.
“The field survey will be completed today and the report will be submitted by January first week so that we know the ground reality. We are taking time so that no one is excluded as this will be the final phase of 1st instalment. Necessary steps will be taken if anyone is once again rejected for some reason in this survey,” the Deputy CM informed.

The second distribution will take place on March 8, celebrated globally as International Women's Day. Furthermore, funds will again be distributed during the festival of Raksha Bandhan in the month of August, a day that symbolises protection and love between brothers and sisters in India.
“In 2025, the beneficiaries will get money three times. First, they will avail of the fourth instalment in January, later they will again get it on March 8 and Raksha Bandhan. It will be Subhadra and only Subhadra all over in 2025,” a joyful Parida exclaimed.
Worth mentioning, Subhadra Yojana aims to empower women and provide them with the necessary support during these prominent occasions.
