SUBHADRA Yojana: First installment phase 2 money to be released on October 9, announces Odisha Dy CM
In a significant update for Subhadra Yojana beneficiaries, Deputy CM Pravati Parida announced on Sunday that all women applicants awaiting their first installment of Rs 5,000 would receive the money on October 9.
The women beneficiaries, who were excluded in the first phase for some other reason, will get the Subhadra money on October 9, the Dy CM revealed. Pravati Parida also announced that the second installment will be given on March 8, 2025.
“The second phase of the first instalment will be released on October 9 in Baripada in Mayurbhanj district, the land of Maa Subhadra and President Droupadi Murmu. The highest number of Subhadra beneficiaries are also from Baripada,” the DY CM said.
“Those who will be able to apply on or before October 7 will get the money on October 9. At least 40 lakh will benefit from the second phase release of first installment. CM Mohan Majhi will present it as a Dussehra gift to all the women of Odisha,” she added.
“Now, at least 97L women beneficiaries have registered themselves. The 1st applicant and the 1croreth number will be felicitated by the government. I appeal to everyone to not panic and to apply as per the directions. Everyone will be given the Subhadra money, so there is nothing to panic,” informed Deputy CM Pravati Parida.
