RWSS junior engineer found dead in official residence

A junior engineer of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation (RWSS) department was found dead under mysterious circumstances inside his official residence in Baliapal area of Balasore on Sunday.

The deceased engineer was identified as Sanjay Kumar Nayak.

As per reports, Sanjay was asleep in his residence after having dinner on Saturday night. Some staff of his office were shocked to find Sanjay dead this morning and informed police about the incident.
On being informed, a team from Baliapal police station reached the spot, recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem.

While what led to his death is yet to be ascertained, police started an investigation into the matter.
