Rourkela lady cop’s last video from accident spot moments before her mysterious death surfaces

Amidst suspense over the mysterious death of woman assistant sub-inspector (ASI) Alisa Narmi Lugun, the last video of the cop moments before her death has emerged. 

Lugun, who was posted at Udit Nagar police station, died under mysterious circumstances while on duty at an accident site. 

The lady cop's sudden death has raised several speculations and hinted at a murder conspiracy. Some reports also suggest that her death is linked to the mysterious death of Rourkela Assistant Collector Sushmita Minj who was found dead under mysterious circumstances in a pond.

Meanwhile, the last video of Lugun from the accident site at RMC Square ring road has emerged. While Lugun is seen holding the hand of a woman, some others were trying to free her. Moreover, there was an altercation between Lugun and those persons.

As per reports, severe tension gripped the area following the accident involving a car and a bus. Some relatives of the car owner reached the spot and started breaking the window glasses of the bus.

Upon receiving information about the incident, ASI Lugun reached the spot to control the situation. Severe altercation and heated exchange of words started after Lugun held someone.

In the video, Lugun is found absolutely healthy during the time of the altercation. However, she was reportedly stated ill and was subsequently admitted to Rourkela Government Hospital after some time. She was declared brought dead by the doctors.

Udit Nagar police has arrested two persons in this connection and forwarded them to court.

While reports suggest that the lady ASI died of a heart attack, her family members alleged a bigger conspiracy and suspected her death to be interlinked with that of Rourkela Assistant Collector. 

Family members suspect the involvement of Rourkela ADM Dr. Subhankar Mohapatra, Sundargarh Collector Gavali Parag Harshad, Gurundia BDO Bernadeth Lakra and Sundargarh CDPO in the mysterious deaths.
