After the grand marriage of Odisha cadre IAS officer Chanchal Rana and Gujarat Cadre IAS Ananya Das, two more IAS officers are all set to tie the nuptial knot in the state, reports said.

If reports are to be believed, Puri District Collector Samarth Verma is all set to get hitched to Rayagada district collector Swadha Dev Singh. The celebrated IAS officers are likely to exchange the wedding vows in a grand affair at Verma’s native place in Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh on May 15.

This is the second marriage for both the IAS officers. Earlier, Swadha Dev Singh was married to Bolangir Collector Chanchal Rana. On the other hand, Verma is also separated from his first wife.

Verma will reportedly be going on leave after Rath Yatra preparatory meet. He has also invited a few sevayats and senior officials to his marriage. Similarly, Rayagada Collector Swadha Dev Singh will also be on leave from May 7.

However, the two IAS officers have remained tight-lipped about the impending marriage.

Worth mentioning, Samarth had earlier married Suchi Singh, an Indian Railways Officer, while Swadha was married to Bolangir Collector Chanchal Rana who recently married Sambalpur Collector Ananya Das.

On the other hand, Ananya Das was earlier married to Koraput Collector Abdaal M. Akhtar. Of late, the divorce and subsequent second marriages of Odisha cadre IAS officers have been the talk of the town and grabbing headlines.
