PM Modi to give ‘guru mantra’ to BJP leaders during his Odisha visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi visits Bhubaneswar for the DG-IGP conference, engaging BJP leaders with discussions on Odisha's political landscape and development plans.

After reaching Bhubaneswar on Friday for a three-day visit to Odisha from November 29 to December 1 to attend the DG-IGP conference, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will remain at the BJP state party office for around two hours. As per party sources, PM Modi will give pep talks to the BJP leaders during the period.

As per sources, PM Modi will hold discussions with party MLAs, MPs, senior leaders and core members and give them guru mantras. He will review the fulfillment of the promises given by the party during the last General Election and various government schemes in Odisha.

PM Modi is also expected to discuss about the political state in Odisha, BJP’s membership drive in the state, the party is how much prepared for the organizational elections. The senior saffron leader may also ask about the road map prepared by the State leaders for the development of Odisha and new plans for the upliftment of the poor.

After reaching the airport, PM Modi will address the party workers in a meeting. He will be welcomed at various places along the road with traditional music and dance. He will first visit Raj Bhavan and then reach the party office at around 6.30 pm. He will hold an elaborate discussion with the MLAs, MPs, core committee members and senior leaders at the party office for around two hours. It is expected that Odisha’s development will be in focus in the meeting. 

“PM Modi will hold discussions with the leaders of the party in the State on the sidelines of the DG-IGP conference. Odisha Ministers, MLAs, MPs, senior leaders will be present in the meeting. The Prime Minister will ask about the political state, party organisation and membership drive in Odisha. He will also ask about the implementation of various central schemes for the development of poor in the State. The Prime Minister will also review the promises given by the party during the last General Election in Odisha,” said State Revenue Minister Suresh Pujari.

“He will ask about the road map prepared by the State government for the development of Odisha. PM Modi is an experienced politician. As he is on a three-day visit to Odisha, we will try to learn from his experience. PM Modi’s advice to us will be of great help for the development of Odisha,” he added.
