Jagi Mangat Panda, Managing Director & Co-Founder of Odisha Television Network, was conferred with the prestigious ‘Utkala Pratibha Samman-2024’ by ODM Public School on the occasion of Utkala Dibasa in Bhubaneswar on Monday.

As many as 12 distinguished persons, who have achieved laurels in different fields in the society, were conferred with the awards in a grand function held on the special occasion.

OTV’s Digital Business Head Litisha Mangat Panda received the award on behalf of the OTV MD.

“I am receiving the award on behalf of OTV MD Jagi Mangat Panda as she could not attend the event, organised by ODM Public School, due to some urgent work. It is an honour to be receiving an award on behalf of her. I am very very honoured and privileged to be able to receive this award on behalf of her. I thank ODM for recognising people who have significantly contributed to Odisha and Odisha’s growth,” said Litisha.

Former Justices of Orissa High Court- A. Suryanarayan Naidu and Arun Kumar Parichha graced the occasion as chief guest and guest of honour respectively.

As per the guests, the program organised by ODM Public School to honour the language, literature and culture of Odisha will go a long way to encourage the young generation in the State in future.

“It’s a fortune to worship the talents who have helped Odisha develop and grow in various fields. I express my gratitude towards ODM for giving me this opportunity. I hope, with Lord Jaganntha’s blessings, this kind of event will be organised every year and talents in various fields of Odisha will be honoured in the forum,” said Justice Naidu.

Meanwhile, ODM Public School’s chairman Dr. Satyabrata Minaketan said that as hosts they are ecstatic to honour the talents in various fields of Odisha.

“We have been organising this event every year. We honoured as many as five talents in various fields last year. This year, we have conferred awards on 12 talents in various fields. We are ecstatic to get the opportunity to honour talents in various fields,” said Minaketan.
