Odisha Vigilance raids Revenue & Disaster dept official's properties in DA case

The sleuths of the Odisha Vigilance Department on Thursday raided the properties of an employee of the Revenue & Disaster Management Department. 

The raids have been conducted on the houses and properties of Sangram Keshari Jena on the allegations of possession of disproportionate assets. Jena previously served as the tehsildar of Buguda in Ganjam district. 

Simultaneous house searches were conducted by Odisha Vigilance led by three DSPs, 10 Inspectors and other staff at the following places in Khordha district. 

1)One triple-storeyed building of Sri Jena located at Jena Colony, Balugaon, PS- Balugaon, Dist- Khurdha. 

2) One building of Sri Jena located at Haripur, PS- Tangi, Dist- Khurdha.
3) House of his relative located at Balugaon, near Chuda Mill, PS- Balugaon, Dist- Khurdha. 
4) 3 nos of plots with boundary at Chhotaraypursasan, Banpur Dist-Khurdha.

The searches were in progress till the filing of the last report.
