Odisha nominates 16 senior IAS officers as Secretary-In-Charge of aspirational districts & blocks programme

16 secretary level officers of Odisha have been nominated as Secretary-In-Charge in respect of 16 identified districts under the Aspirational Districts Programme (ADP) and Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP) of the NITI Aayog.

As many as 16 secretary level officers of Odisha have been nominated as Secretary-In-Charge in respect of 16 identified districts under the Aspirational Districts Programme (ADP) and Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP) of the NITI Aayog to review the progress.

A notification in this regard was issued by the Planning & Convergence Department on Wednesday.

The list of these officers include Hemant Sharma for Keonjhar district, Sushil Kumar Lohani (Kalahandi), Bishnupada Sethi (Malkangiri), Chithra Arumugam (Koraput), Saswat Mishra (Bargarh), Usha Padhee (Kandhamal), Vir Vikram Yadav (Bolangir), Vishal Kumar Dev (Nuapada), Sajay Kumar Singh (Mayurbhanj), Subha Sarma (Gajapati) and Bhaskar Jyoti Sarma (Nabarangpur).

Similarly, Shalini Pandit for Rayagada, Aswathy S (Sundargarh), Arvind Agrawal (Sambalpur), N Thirumala Naik (Nayagarh) and Sudhansu Mohan Samal (Dhenkanal) have also been nominated as Secretaries In-Charge of the aspirational districts.
