Odisha ministers have no value: State BJP president

Odisha state BJP President, Manmohan Samal has launched a scathing attack on the state government over the existing state of affairs in governance. During his Kalahandi tour, Samal alleged that Odisha ministers and ruling party leaders have no value as they have turned puppets in the hands of the Secretary.

Samal further mocked the Secretary’s tour to various districts in helicopters on people’s money. The state BJP president said that Odisha is rich in natural resources and there is ample scope to make it the number 1 state in the country.

“The ministers are invisible and they are not allowed to hear people’s grievances. The BJD is in a deplorable situation. The 5T Secretary is hearing the grievances instead of the elected ministers. BJP will form a government in Odisha with a comfortable margin,” said Samal.

Samal said that the party will definitely work to set up agri-industries and improve the tourism sector if they come to power. “The political system which has been murdered by the BJD will also be checked,” said Samal.

Meanwhile, the BJD leaders could not be contacted over the allegations levelled by the state BJP president.
