A Class 10 boy student of Radha Mohan Nodal High School in the Daspalla area of Nayagarh district reportedly went missing after he was denied entry to the examination centre on the first day of the BSE Matriculation or high school certificate (HSC) examination on Friday. 

Pradeep Nayak, son of Pramod Nayak of Krushna Chandrapur Patna village under Daspalla police limits, reportedly went missing after the centre authorities allegedly prevented him from appearing in the examination for not wearing the uniform.

After being informed by the worried family members, the local police rushed to the spot and launched a manhunt to find the missing boy.
According to sources, Pradeep is a student of Radha Mohan Nodal High School and was scheduled to write his exam at Daspalla Boys High School today.

However, he was denied entry to the examination centre as he had gone without wearing his uniform. 

Lady teacher and invigilator Raj Laxmi Mahapatra denied his entry to the school following which the boy left the school and is incommunicado since then.

“He left home for the exam centre at around 7 am in the morning. We are searching for him everywhere, but could not locate him. His mother tried to search for him, but in vain. Why did they did not allow my grandson to write the exam,” said Pradeep’s grandmother Pramila Nayak.

“He is a student of RMN School and had gone to write his exam at Boys High School. However, Raj Laxmi madam denied him entry saying he was not wearing his uniform. Now, he has gone missing. I want them to search for him and bring him back home safely,” said Pradeep’s mother Debaki Nayak.
