The Khordha district administration has asked all the schools under its jurisdiction to ensure 100 percent result in the annual Matric examination in 2024, including an A1 grade percentage of at least 5.

To ensure the desired results, the district administration has launched an education programme, ‘Sunischita’. This initiative is a planned teaching and learning programme for Class-X students of all secondary schools of Khordha district with a clear-cut objective to achieve 100% results (Zero 'F' Mission) and 5% students to be secured Al Grade in all Secondary Schools of Khordha district in Annual HSC Examination, 2024.

The Programme has begun soon after the Half Yearly Exam of Class X. It will be carried out till the commencement of the Annual HSC Examination 2023-24

The Programme is mostly a school-based programme to be implemented by subject teachers under the robust supervision of the school Head Teachers. However, there will be five special classes on each of the major subjects - Mathematics, Science and English at the Block level. These classes will be organised by Block level Academic Committee constituted by the concerned BEO.

The BEO will be assigned the responsibility of forming the Block Academic Committee (BAC) and also will approve the time table for the Block level special classes which will be organised exclusively for the Acceleration Team (AT). The classes will take place from 2:30pm till 4:30pm on each Saturday during the months of October to February.

Similarly for the Progressive Team (PT), there will be five special booster classes on each individual subjects- Mathematics, English and Science and three special help classes on each of the remaining subjects at the school level. All the subject teachers of the school irrespective of subjects will remain present in the special help classes.

The Head teachers will identify a mentor teacher each for 10 students of class-X to monitor their progress and encourage them to do better in exams.

Head teachers will conduct mock tests in regular intervals, analyse the performance of students and plan remedial classes to make the students overcome their problems.

All the stake holders including the ADEO (Academics), BEOs, HMs, CRCCs, Subject Teachers and Mentor Teachers will remain accountable for achieving a 100 percent result in their respective schools.

The best three schools achieving 100 percent result along with highest number of A1 success will be felicitated by the district administration.
