Odisha: Joint director of soil conservation and watershed development under Vigilance scanner, raids on

The Vigilance officials on Monday launched massive searches on the properties linked to Dayanidhi Bagh, Joint Director, Soil Conservation and Watershed Development.

The raids were carried out following allegation of possession of disproportionate assets (DA) by the senior official who was earlier posted as ex-project director, Watershed in Rayagada.

Till the last report came in, the Vigilance officials were carrying out simultaneous searches on the properties linked to Dayanidhi Bagh at eight places in Bhubaneswar, Kalahandi and Nabarangpur. The raids were being conducted on the basis of search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhawanipatna.

Raids Underway At:

House of Dayanidhi Bagh located in village Kupagaon, Kalahandi.

House of his in-law at Bikramguda, Kalahandi.

Flat of Dayanidhi Bagh at Mahanadi Apartment, Gothapatana, Bhubaneswar.

His LIG house No. LIG 10/6 located at Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.

Office Chamber located in the office of Director, Soil Conservation and Watershed Development Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

One building (under construction) at Padalguda near Majhiguda Chhaka, Nabarangpur Town.

One building in the name of spouse of Bagh at Chutiaguda mouza, situated near Chutiaguda Chhaka, Nabarangpur.

Another building in the name of the spouse of Bagh at Chutiaguda mouza, situated near Chutiaguda Chhaka, Nabarangpur.
