Odia actress accuses Ollywood producer of making intimate videos viral, lodges police complaint

A well-known Odia actress has brought serious allegations against an Ollywood producer. The actress accused the producer who happens to be her friend, of making their intimate videos and pictures viral.

The actress has lodged a police complaint at Laxmisagar police station in this connection following which a case has been registered.

The actress alleged that the videos were shot during the time when they shared a good relationship. But once their relationship soured, the producer allegedly made all those videos viral on social media in order to defame her.

Earlier, the actress had lodged a complaint with the Orissa High Court in this connection too. In the complaint, the actress mentioned they (The accused Producer and the Actress) became emotionally close and being unaware of his real motives and intention started trusting him and became each other's confidants and companions.

The complaint further stated that later the accused compelled the actress to reject offers from other producers and did not pay her for the projects she had done earlier with him. And when she denied to tow the line, the accused began a social media campaign to defame her and tarnish her image in the industry.

Speaking to OTV, Soumyajit Biswal, the lawyer of the actress said, "They both developed feelings for each other after working together for some time. However, whe she started doing other projects with other producers, he objected. He wanted to use my client's goodwill for his benefit and establish himself as a director in the industry. When she denied to obey him, he started to harsss her and continued it for more than two years."
