As part of their Mission-2024, all the legislators of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) from Odisha, who are currently camping in New Delhi since Tuesday, will hold an elaborate discussion with the party’s central leadership on how to fight the ‘corrupt’ state government.

Odisha Leader of Opposition (LoP), Jayanarayan Mishra is leading the delegation of the BJP MLAs, who along with the MPs will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and party president JP Nadda to discuss strategies for the 2024 elections in Odisha.

Speaking to the media in Delhi on Wednesday, BJP’s Odisha unit president, Manmohan Samal said, "Our MLAs and MPs will meet national president JP Nadda, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Home Minister Amit Shah at a meeting scheduled from the afternoon of December 22 till the evening of December 23 to discuss strategies for the 2024 elections in Odisha.”

Samal further stated that the MLAs will apprise the top leaders about the state of affairs in Odisha and will discuss ways to take on the corrupt government.

Reports hint that MLAs will also make PM Modi aware of other issues linked to the alleged hijacking of Central schemes in Odisha.
