At the tender age of 13, he has already founded two startups, garnering significant attention at the Make in Odisha Conclave

Ayushman's Start-up for Back Pain:

Among his significant innovations is a novel device engineered to alleviate back pain resulting from incorrect and poor sitting postures. This device is equipped with an alarm system that immediately notifies users through an alarm if they are slouching or sitting inadequately during activities such as working or writing, thereby promoting healthier sitting habits.

This invention is seen as beneficial for a wide spectrum, including schoolchildren and IT professionals, who typically spend extended periods seated before computers.

This device holds utility not only for students but also for IT professionals and others engaged in prolonged desk work. This astounding achievement by Ayushman exemplifies the potential for innovation and leadership among youth in India, inspiring a new generation of inventors and thinkers.

Ayushman Updates About His Both Start-ups:

Speaking exclusively to OTV, the young prodigy said, “My posture alert device is not only for students who have to sit the whole day in the class but also for IT professionals and other office-goers who spend their entire day sitting in front of their computers. Due to prolonged sitting, they become prone to wrong postures. Even I used to study and do my homework in sleeping or other postures. So, the idea of the device struck me. The Ministry of Education has also provided us with Rs 2 lakh aid.”

“My other innovation is a software system. Recently, there was a burglary in my apartment. So, this system will alert the security guard if any robber tries to climb the boundary wall, if any masked man is spotted around and there is movement of some suspicious person,” he added.

“It is in the early stage, but we will very soon come up with something productive,” the prodigy added.

The 13-year-old entrepreneur, Ayushman Nanda, also aims to bring more innovation in the health sector in the future.
