It was a historic moment when Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation through his monthly radio programme, ‘Mann Ki Baat’ which completed its 100th episode on Sunday. Special screening of the 100th episode of PM's Mann Ki Baat was held across the country and several prominent personalities from different fields and BJP leaders, workers and others listened to the programme.

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leaders, including Union ministers, and office bearers listened to PM Modi’s address at different places. Elaborate arrangements were made to make the 100th episode a mega public connect exercise. Special arrangements were also made in Odisha for the screening of the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat today.

BJP National Vice-President, Baijayant Panda listened to the Mann Ki Baat at Baranga village at Aul in Kendrapara district today along with scores of party workers as well as several intellectuals.

“Today, there was a lot of enthusiasm among people to listen to the 100th episode of PM Narendra Modi’s Mann Ki Baat. From various surveys, it is evident that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the most popular leader in the world. Not a single leader in the country has been able to achieve the unique feat of doing 100 episodes of any programme,” said Panda.

According to the BJP National Vice-President, the Prime Minister has always tried to come up with examples and highlight the contributions of many people who are doing a remarkable job in the country.

“Modi ji also highlighted and praised several personalities from Odisha as well. This time also he remembered D. Prakash Rao ji who was instrumental in providing education to slum children,” said Panda.

Panda also said that India’s image has changed under the leadership of Narendra Modi. Be it the mass vaccination drive or helping other countries with the Covid-19 vaccine and financial assistance, India is always at the forefront.

“In war-torn Sudan, the efforts of the Indian government to rescue and evacuate citizens have been lauded as other countries have not been able to do so. Other countries in the world look up to India, what it is doing or what indication Modi ji giving and take steps accordingly. India’s ‘can do’ attitude and image under Modi Ji has been lauded, “said Panda.

"Mann Ki Baat is a nation-wide programme and in Kendrapara also we felicitated several eminent personalities and listened to the inspiring talks of PM Modi in the historic 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat today," Panda added.
