Man found dead along with wife, son in Odisha's Kendrapara; reason unclear

Panic gripped the Rajendranagar area in Kendrapara district after the bodies of three members of a family were recovered from their house on Sunday.

As per initial reports, while the body of the man was found hanging outside, his wife and 25-year-old son were found lying inside the house.

The exact reason behind the deaths is unclear. It is suspected that it could be a suicide over some family feud. However, only after a detailed investigation, the exact reason behind the death of three persons will be clear.

The deceased have been identified as Madan Mandal, his wife Jayanti, and son Parikant Mandal.

A team of senior police officials has reached the spot along with the forensic team. Further investigation into the matter has started.
