Lost son returns home after 27 years in Boudh
A long-lost son, who had left his home when he was 23 years old, came back home to Gudvelipadar village under Manamunda Police Station of Boudh district after 27 years.
The mysterious return of Radheshyam Mahala after nearly three decades has shaken up the whole village. The family members are on cloud nine following the development. They have indulged in a kind of celebration and merrymaking after the return of Radheshyam.
As per reports, Radheshyam had left the State due to some reason when he was 23. After spending some years in Mumbai, Surat and Gujarat, he was residing in Raipur of Chhattisgarh for the last four years.
However, following a change of mind, Radheshyam finally returned home. He finally reached Gudvelipadar on Thursday evening. Radheshyam’s family members are ecstatic along with his friends and relatives in the village.
Radheshyam expressed his pleasure after returning home.
“I am so happy after returning to my village. Everybody is so happy here,” said Radheshyam.
Recollecting about the time when Radheshyam went missing, his wife Chera Mahala said, “We had searched for him at many places frantically at that time but in vain. Now, with God’a grace, he has returned home after 27 years. We all are very much happy for him.”
“My father had left home when I was just five years old. After his return, I couldn’t recognize him. However, after learning that he was my father, my body trembled with joy. I was confident that my father would definitely return home one day,” said Radheshyam’s son Dilip Mahala.
