A decomposed carcass of a leopard has been recovered from Podhahal reserve forest under Madhapur Range in Boudh forest division on Wednesday.
Initial inspections suggest that the leopard might have died nearly a week ago.

As per reports, veterinarians have dissected the body, but the cause of death remains undetermined, with approximately 90 percent of the carcass already decomposed.

“Following the discovery of the carcass, we adhered to official procedures and conducted a postmortem. Based on the reports, we will be able to establish the cause of death.
