Who is Working as Sleeper Cell for the Terrorist in Odisha?

Defence expert, Prabhas Mishra said, “Be it from USA or Toronto, getting email ID of any person is not tough. DGP-IGP conference is going on in Bhubaneswar and the Prime Minister, Home Minister and other top officials are here in the city.”

“Pannun is sitting somewhere in USA and such message is deliberate to create panic and sensation among people regarding his movement. Its effect will be more in Punjab. There are several Odias in other parts of the globe and transcript can be done easily from anywhere. I am hopeful that Odisha Police will take up necessary measures in this regard,” said Mishra.

Bhubaneswar DCP, Pinak Mishra said, “The Conference is currently underway and Prime Minister, Home Minister and other delegates are attending the event. As per security plan, we have deployed forces and the Conference is going on smoothly. Be it security or contingency plan, everything is ready.”
