The deceased engineer, Tusharendra Nayak, had joined duty on Friday after returning from a 20-day leave.

Nayak was scheduled to leave for a field visit with a colleague today. But when his colleague’s phone calls went unanswered, he came to Nayak’s quarters to take him to the field and found him hanging from the ceiling.
