IT and Operations key for organisational sustainability: OTV’s Litisha Mangat Panda at BIITM conference 

To ensure the sustainability of an organisation, IT and Operations should be the key focus areas, said the Business Head of OTV Network, Litisha Mangat Panda while speaking at the international conference organised by the Biju Patnaik Institute of Information Technology & Management Studies (BIITM) in Bhubaneswar on Saturday. 

The conference on ‘Managerial Excellence & Sustainable Growth: IT & Operational Issues’ was organised on the occasion of BIITM’s silver jubilee. 

Litisha Mangat Panda, who attended the event as the chief guest, laid emphasis on the first mover’s advantage. 

“The major thing that impacts all of us is sustainability. Change is the only constant that any organisation needs to adhere to. The two key ways to keep an organisation sustainable for the environment and maintain sustainability in business growth are IT and Operations,” she said. 

Among others, noted educationists shared their hard-earned experiences in the field of management. 

On the occasion, Padma Shri Dilip Tirkey, Dr Damodar Acharya, and the faculty of BIITM were felicitated.
