Litisha Mangat Panda at ODM’s Innoventure 2025
“Ideate, Innovate, and Empower,” with this straight and powerful message, ‘Innoventure 2025’, an initiative by ODM Educational Group, was held in Bhubaneswar to open new doors of opportunity for young entrepreneurs.
OTV Business Head (News) Litisha Mangat Panda, who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, encouraged aspiring youth to work tirelessly toward becoming successful entrepreneurs, emphasising that while the lifestyle of an entrepreneur may seem attractive, it also comes with significant challenges.
Litisha urged the young minds not to be overly elated by profits or disheartened by losses. “Instead, maintaining consistent effort and perseverance would not only drive individual success but also help move society forward as a whole,” she expressed.
The transformative event served as a motivational platform to ignite entrepreneurial spirit in Odisha’s youth, offering them inspiration, guidance, and the belief that with dedication, they can make a tangible impact in their communities and beyond.
“In fact, I had thought of this at least 2-3 years ago when I launched ‘Insight’, as to how we can conduct an event where young entrepreneurs and people who have ideas can come to the forefront. In this event, I witnessed that ODM School has been promoting this initiative as part of their curriculum, which is very very good,” the OTV Business Head stated.
“The sooner we plan entrepreneurship, innovation, etc, the faster India will grow. The more youngsters from different schools come out and have more innovative ideas earlier in life, the better it is for our country,” Litisha added.
“As a group of schools, we always believe that the children should be made future-ready. Entrepreneurship, and working on new companies and new ideas, is an important skill set. Considering this, at ODM Educational Group, we are promoting student entrepreneurship,” the educational group CEO, Swayam Satyendu, said.
