The 5T education system in the state is below par and is yet to yield any success, said Chief Minister Mohan Majhi at a state-level Teacher’s Day celebration and student felicitation programme held in Bhubaneswar on Thursday.

While addressing the gathering, Majhi said, “In the 5T transformation programme, the previous government had made elaborate preparations. At some point, reality hit hard when students were found not being able to do even simple addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. When they went to high schools, they were found facing problems. So, they were not able to secure good marks.”
