The complainant Pranakrushna Biswal, who had alleged child swapping in Capital Hospital in Bhubaneswar, will undergo DNA test.

After Court's order, Pranakrushana, along with his wife and the child will undergo DNA test either this evening or tommorrow morning. The test will ascertain the truth regarding the alleged child swapping in the government hospital.

The DNA examination will be conducted and then the samples will be sent to the laboratory to know the truth. Pranakrushna has said that he will accept whatever the results come out from the DNA test.

What Had Happened In Capital Hospital?

On September 27, Pranakrushna had accused the health staff of Capital Hospital of swapping his newborn baby, prompting authorities to order a probe into the matter.

Pranakrushna had filed a complaint with the Capital Hospital Director and the Capital Police Station alleging that they were initially informed about the delivery of a baby boy but were later handed a newborn girl.

Alleging negligence on the part of the medical staff, Biswal demanded a DNA test to ascertain the truth. He also refused to take the baby until the matter was investigated properly.

Earlier, a female attendant of the hospital was suspended for allegedly giving false information to the family while handing over the newborn.
