Body of bank employee found on railway track
A crushed body of a bank employee was found near Kednuapada railway station in Odisha's Bhadrak district on Friday.
As per reports, the bank employee is a resident of Sherpur village.
It is suspected that the bank employee might have committed suicide by jumping before the train late Thursday night.
Upon being informed, Government Railway Police reached the spot and started an investigation into the incident.
As per sources, the employee left the bank after his duty on Thursday evening. However, he never reached home.
The reason behind his death is yet to be ascertained.
Earlier last year, a 42-year-old man, who worked as a law officer in a nationalised bank in the capital city, had allegedly died by suicide at his rented accommodation.
The deceased was found hanging from a ceiling fan using a bed sheet in his flat in Nayapalli.
