BJP state president, Manmohan Samal, BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra, BJP’s executive body member Om Prakash Mishra, and Puri district BJP President Ashrit Pattanik attended the programme.

The Bharat Sankalp vehicles were given a rousing welcome by the villagers with traditional Horse Dance and Hulu Huli (Ululation).
After the rousing welcome, PM Narendra Modi's message was delivered in which he spoke about the welfare schemes of the central government for the development of people and about the upcoming schemes to be launched for the welfare of people.

Through the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, PM Modi urged people to raise their voices against the irregularities of the Odisha government in the distribution of houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY). He also informed that the beneficiaries who have not yet received their pucca houses under the PMAY should write to the local Nodal officer to get their issues addressed.

“Within 2047, India will emerge as the strongest national in the world. To fulfil that dream, every sector needs to be developed. Through Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra people will know how the centre is working for them and will report their issues. Through the Bharat Sankalp vehicles PM Modi is interacting with people in different areas,” said Odisha BJP President, Manmohan Samal.
